Program Yourself To Be Positive!
I want to talk to you about limiting beliefs, reality, and the difference. Often, without even realizing it, we can set ourselves up to feeling negative about ourselves and making those negatives feel true. What are the 2 most powerful words we can say to ourselves? I AM. “I am” programs our current states of being. Whether in the negative or the positive, it sets up our bodies to experience what we are saying. Think about it. Did you wake up and say to yourself; “I am so tired,” or “I am refreshed and ready for the day?”
