Coaches, Do You Listen to Your Own Advice When It Comes to Setting Goals?
As a coach you will know the importance of goal setting, taking action, staying motivated etc but sometimes its just not that easy to do it on your on which is why a coach should always have a coach. My problem area is exercise, I think I’ve probably got some self limiting beliefs in this area which need to be tackled but surely a walk along the beach at least 3 times a week isn’t that hard! Is it?
