How to Make Life Work Using the Law of Attraction

The LOA (law of attraction) ask us to live in the present and focus on what we need to do now rather than dwell on the past. It is always good to have an open mind to find a solution. My friend Brit’s 50/50 rule is to try something new in 50% of time. Defeat self limiting beliefs. If we don’t change our current pattern, how can we expect our future to be different than our present? When we appreciate what we have, we are likely to be in a positive mode to seek the solution. With hope and patience, we are at ease; therefore we are focusing on receiving and observing what is happening now. Use the probability and worst-case scenario to defeat the last minute fears. Don’t be a perfectionist. The Pareto 80% 20% rule - 80% of the tasks can be done in 20% of the time. Live your life fully and freely with no attachments or expectations.

The Power of Affirmations

Our belief system underpins everything we do in life. Self-limiting beliefs are ones that prevent us from doing things. For example “I am not a good cook” is a belief that will prevent someone from cooking a healthy nutritious meal; this in turn may lead to the consumption of processed and convenience food leading to health problems. How did they get this belief in the first place - perhaps some meals did not turn out as expected - perhaps someone did not show any appreciation for the effort put into preparing a meal - perhaps the recipe was unclear?
