Introduction to EmoTrance

One of my favorite methods to overcome Limiting Beliefs and Self Sabotage is Emotrance.

This process was developed by Silvia Hartmann some years ago. She has quite a reputation in the field of meridian therapies such as TFT, TAT and EFT. Silvia Hartmann developed Emotrance when she discovered for herself that EFT was not fast enough for her.

To understand Emotrance here are some basics we have to understand:

  • Limiting Beliefs get their power from the negative emotions they are connected with
  • You can feel those emotions in your body as soon as you think of the Limiting Belief
  • The emotions you feel in your body are “stuck energy”
  • You can cause this energy to flow freely again
  • Doing this in the right way will rob your Limiting Beliefs of their power

So what Emotrance helps you to do, is let “stuck energy” flow freely through your body again. This has all sorts of benefits for you. One effect that this can have is erasing Limiting Beliefs.

I will give you a short introduction to the steps the Emotrance Process consists of:

  • Think of a Limiting Belief, let’s say: “I am not smart enough”
  • Locate the emotion in your body
  • Put your hands on that place
  • Have the intention to soften the energy and let it flow wherever it wants to flow
  • Feel the energy flow out of your body
  • Repeat this process until you can feel the energy of the Limiting Belief rushing through your body and leave you happy and energized

This short description shows all the necessary steps. So Emotrance is not difficult to learn or do. Nevertheless I would recommend getting the Emotrance Manual (Oceans of Energy) and let Silvia Hartmann inspire you herself.
