What is EFT?

EFT is a form of meridian energy therapy that is based on the discovery that you can resolve emotional issues by tapping on special points on your body while focusing on the emotional issue in question.

When Gary Craig started EFT he first used it to resolve anxieties and phoebias. But soon he discovered that it can also be used to erase Limiting Beliefs. That makes EFT useful for everyone (We do not all have phoebias, but we sure ALL have Limiting Beliefs).

To learn how to use EFT you ought to get the free manual from Gary Craig’s website. I personally also bought the EFT DVDs. They guide you through live EFT sessions. You will really learn how to do and use EFT by watching them. And they are great value for the money! So check them out!

A good book on EFT that I do recommend is “Adventures in EFT“.
