EFT - A New Way to Release Limiting Beliefs
A limiting belief is something we believe to be truth that actually just keeps us stuck where we are. Often we get these beliefs from our parents, culture, society, etc. Because this belief has always been with us, and it is often supported by others, it seems hard to believe that it isn’t a FACT. But what if it isn’t a fact? How would our life and world view change? By examining these beliefs and allowing for the possibility of a different belief our whole life can feel different.
