We learn from every experience we have, whether it is a positive experience or negative experience. If we focus on the positive learning, we can get unstuck from negative emotions and limiting beliefs–that “emotional clutter” that blocks our dreams and our happiness. They may believe that it is important to hang on to these reminders of unhappy experiences. Often they think that hanging on to the negative emotions will remind them not to make the same mistakes again. Unfortunately, this is not the way it works.

Who you are gets created by what you believe about yourself. What is inside of you gets reflected outwardly. So you want to be clear about yourself as a person.
