Each and every day I set about learning new skills and challenging old limiting beliefs about what I can and can’t do! Many of my clients think that because of the job that I do, that I am 100% and that I have reached my potential.

You see my dilemma is that when one is in the alpha or theta brainwave state which occurs in both Meditation and Hypnosis the subconscious mind is open to accepting positive and constructive suggestions which can reprogram limiting beliefs.
